Description: Luma Care aspires to enhance, engage, and empower the members of their diverse community by providing equitable, accessible and high quality services. They also achieve excellence and provide leadership in family-centric health and social services in the community. They provide resources such as Meals on Wheels, transportation, home support, Diners Club, Home at Last, and many more.

The Transitional Adult Day Program is for individuals living in the community who wish to participate in social programming and connect with peers, but require additional support throughout the day. This innovative new program will offer more assistance to physically frail seniors or those with mild cognitive impairments, while providing beneficial recreational programming and structured social engagement.
