Group Name: Sheena’s Place – Adult Eating Disorder Support

Description: At Sheena’s Place we offer hope and support to individuals, families and friends affected by eating disorders by providing a wide range of professionally facilitated support groups and services. We are committed to inspiring hope, reducing stigma, raising awareness and offering meaningful help and information at all stages of recovery.
Support groups are for those affected by eating disorders, including groups for individuals who are affected themselves as well as family members, partners or friends of loved ones who have eating disorders. There are no fees, groups run for 8 – 10 weeks at a time 4 times a year. Participants must register during one of our registration periods. Adult Support (Ages 17+)
For those wanting to talk about the challenges of living with an eating disorder, share successes, offer insights, and find and inspire hope. This group provides a supportive environment to facilitate discussion and encourage the sharing of solutions and strategies. This is an ongoing group meaning that groups are available to register/join at any time during the entire year.

When: Mondays from 6:30 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. (Maureen) and Fridays from 10 a.m. until 11:30 a.m. (Ali)
