Description: Smokers Helpline is a free, confidential, telephone-based sevice that provides personalized support, advice and information about quitting smoking. They help people quit smoking. Talk to them about making a quit plan, coping with cravings, quitting methods, withdrawal symptoms, managing stress, dealing with slips and relapses, community referrals, and strategies to help you reach your goal.

They have available an online quit program, telephone support, and self help workbooks. They offer services in English and French and, in Ontario, over 100 languages through an interpreter.

When: We are also open 7 days a week. Monday-Thursday :8 a.m. until 9 p.m., Friday 8 a.m. until 6 p.m. and weekends 9 a.m. until 5 p.m.
