Group Name: Toronto Parents of Multiple Births Association (TPOMBA)

Description: TPOMBA is a non-profit, self-help support organization for parents of twins, triplets and more. This organization’s goal is to offer support, education and friendship to families dealing with the unique challenges and joys of raising multiples.

Where: Suite #1176, 77 King St. West T.D. North Tower | Toronto, ON M5K 1A0

When: POMs meetings are held monthly in a range of Toronto neighbourhoods. They offer an opportunity to connect with other parents of multiples to share ideas, information, concerns and questions. Meetings are a supportive environment to work out parenting challenges and hear from others who have “been there”.

There are four POMs groups within TPOMBA, with one or more volunteer leaders in each group. POMs group leaders are experienced parents of multiples who offer moral support, practical suggestions, and access to resources. Non-members may attend POMs meetings as guests.

Membership costs $42.00 a year and is open to parents of twins and other multiple births. Call for more information.
