Group Name: Voice for Hearing Impaired Children

Description: Support group for parents of hearing impaired children who offer each other emotional support and share tips on how to develop language, listening and oral skills in their children. Organizing adult education programs for parents of hearing impaired children, educators, and other interested persons.

Invited speakers provide practical information related to the deaf child’s future. Topics include education, career development, health issues, emotional and social adjustment. Conferences, workshops and other meetings are offered to help parents acquire the practical skills and personal strength to cope with their children.
