Description: Access Alliance Multicultural Health and Community Services improves health outcomes for the most vulnerable immigrants, refugees, and their communities. We do this by facilitating access to services and addressing systemic inequities. Our vision is to see Toronto’s diverse communities achieve health with dignity.
Access Alliance is a member of the Hello Baby Circle prenatal partnership led by St Stephen’s House. This is a program of the Canadian Prenatal Nutrition Program (CPNP). Working together with Toronto Public Health and other community partners, we provide:
- A friendly place to meet other pregnant women in your neighbourhood
- TTC tickets and gift certificates for food
- Snacks and childcare
- Discussions with nurses, dieticians and community workers about pregnancy, labour and delivery, feeding your baby and many other topics
- Services and information in several languages
Eligibility: Women living in the area bordered by St Clair Avenue West to the north, College Street to the south, Yonge Street to the East and Dufferin Street to the West.
