Group Name: Debtors Anonymous

Description: Debtors Anonymous (D.A>) is a 12-step program in the tradition of Alcoholics Anonymous and is a non-profit organization. For people whose debts or problems with over or under spending have made their life unmanageable, Debtors Anonymous offers a program that works. In Debtors Anonymous meetings, members share their experience, strength and hope and help each other to achieve financial solvency. In D.A., our purpose is threefold: to stop incurring unsecured debt, to share our experience with the newcomer, and to reach out to other debtors.

Please note that unless otherwise noted, all meetings are closed meetings. Closed meetings are for any person who is concerned about his or her own problems with money and debt. Open meetings are for the media, the general public, the professional community or any person who is concerned about someone else’s problems with money and debt.

***(519 Church street location) On the third Saturday of every month, this is an open meeting, where we welcome any members of the public who are interested in learning more about the DA fellowship. One speaker will share their experience, strength and hope of their recovery from compulsive debting.
