This 5 week FREE program will be facilitated by a trained fitness instructor & yoga teacher – All fitness levels are encouraged!  Moving Towards Fitness will include a varied terrain walk, an introduction to a light full body workout and wellness check in.

Women Moving Towards Fitness will start on Wednesday, September 16, 2015 in High Park at 2 pm.
