The Miles Nadal Jewish Community Centre is proud to offer a first of its kind ONTrack Fitness and Wellness Program in partnership with Stella’s Place. This program is generously funded by the Ontario Sport and Recreation Communities Fund.

ONTrack will be a FREE, peer-supported fitness, recreational, wellness and physical literacy program, for young adults 16-24 with moderate mental health and mood disorders. It will be based on measurable outcomes, and is aimed at all young adults who identify with the experience of mental health and mood disorders, including those in recovery or reintegrating into community after a period of illness or treatment.

We’re looking for enthusiastic Young Adults interested in committing 2 hours per meeting, for a total of 2 meetings in our Young Adult Advisory Council for the development of our ONTrack Fitness and Wellness Program.

The first meeting will be held on Nov 25, 2015 at 6:30pm at the Miles Nadal Jewish Community Centre, 750 Spadina Avenue (at Bloor/Spadina).

Spaces are limited. Honorarium, snacks and TTC tokens provided.
