  • Mindful Living Workshop:

_Fall: Tuesdays, Sept., 6-Nov., 1, 2016.

This is an in-depth meditation workshop called Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT); it is helpful for depression, anxiety and emotional distress

  • Mindful Self-Compassion Workshop:

_Winter-Spring: Thursdays, Feb., 4–April 7, 2016.  This group is full with a waitlist.

_Spring: Thursdays, April 14–June 16, 2016. Spaces are still available.

This workshop is open to those who’ve completed the Mindful Living or Mindful Mood Workshop or equivalent, and wish to deepen their meditation practice by learning skills for self-kindness.

  • Mindful Mood Workshop:

Tuesdays, April 26-August 2, 2016.  This is a comprehensive, foundational skills workshop for people struggling with Depression &/or Anxiety; it combines Mindfulness training, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Healthy Living Skills.  This is the only offering of The Mindful Mood Workshop for 2016.  This workshop is filling rapidly.

  • DreamPath Workshop:

Summer Sessions 2016: Thursdays, June 23Sept., 29, 2016.  This is an in-depth personal growth workshop using creative approaches to night dreams and daydreams.  It combines Mindfulness Meditation with Gestalt Therapy techniques to cultivate a life path of deep intention.  This is the only offering of The DreamPath Workshop for 2016. There is a two-week break in August.  As the Summer Sessions, participants may miss one of the 13 sessions.

  • Mood Support Group: O

Ongoing, Fridays, 10:001:00PM.  Call the office if you’re interested.  Flexible commitment and includes a meditation.  Open to Mindful Living, Mindful Mood and Mindful Self-Compassion grads, as space permits.
