For many years, the Family Practice Health Centre (FPHC) at Women’s College Hospital (WCH) has provided comprehensive primary care to women and men of all ages. Now, in addition to their many services, the centre is also offering a variety of programs and education workshops to help patients with specific health concerns.
The programs and workshops range from one-day sessions to larger groups that meet for several weeks. There are a variety of topics covered including diabetes education, falls education, chronic disease management, improving sleep, foot care and pregnancy and childbirth education.
All of the listings are open to all patients of FPHC and most are free of cost. A few specific programs are also open to patients of WCH.
