Facilitation - Level 2: Presence

This day long workshop on Wednesday April 14th will help those who have completed Level 1: "So you want to be a facilitator" with further tools and insights.

Skill sets for facilitators don't only include an understanding of the structure and content of a group's process; they also include understanding oneself and the responsibilities of the facilitator role.
This workshop will help those who have completed Level 1: So you want to be a facilitator with further tools and insights into emotional intelligence, personality, triggers, communication barriers, working with a co-facilitator, boundary setting and examining the assumptions people make about facilitation.
Cost is $100 per person with a pizza lunch included, maximum of 20 people, and will take place on Wed. April 14th, from 9:30-4:30pm at the Self-Help Resource Centre, 40 Orchard View Blvd. Room 224.
