Monday to Friday 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
We are a small and dedicated team who are often out working in communities. We always try our best to have somebody in the office; however, sometimes it’s just not possible. We recommend phoning ahead if you are planning to come and visit us in person to avoid any unnecessary inconvenience. You may find what you are looking for on our website; feel free to browse here first.

SHRC strives to make its programs and resources as accessible as possible. Accessibility refers to any barrier, either visible or invisible, that a person may face to full participation. Our programs recognize the traditional lands upon which they are held, recognize all gender identities, are held in anti-oppressive and anti-discriminatory spaces, and are wheelchair accessible. We provide TTC token reimbursement wherever possible. We recognize we are not able to remove all barriers, but will do our best to work with individuals to increase access. Should you wish to receive materials in a more accessible format, please contact us, and we will do our best to provide them.
