Self-Help Awareness Week in Ontario

The Ontario Self-Help Network, a program of the Self-Help Resource Centre, together with our twenty affiliates across the province offers a series of workshops and events to promote the benefits of self-help/mutual aid groups during Self-Help Awareness Week.
