Family members play a pivotal role in their loved ones recovery. All too often caregivers are not offered the guidance and support they need to effectively advocate and care for their relative, while minimizing the risk to their own well-being. This one-day conference is designed to offer information, tools and strategies to assist families in navigating the mental health system and in improving their own wellness.
